Nothing SOLID to go on here, since I wasn’t listening in on the stream myself, but there’s a good chance it’s true. Evidently, Seth had some things to say outright, regarding certain characters;
….Phoenix Wright, Emma Frost, Ghost Rider, Strider, Daredevil, Punisher, and Gene all confirmed NOT to be in the game.

On the bright side he more than hinted at Edgeworth being in the game and when asked if Ammy from Okami was in the game, he said no comment. Also he said some peoples guesses of who was in were dead-on.

If Edgeworth is in, I’m basically sold on this game (as if Dante wasn’t enough..). Soooo psyched on that possibility. I’ll update as this bit of news solidifies. Beyond the break is POTENTIAL BREAKTHROUGH IMAGES.
So good… All I need now, is for Edgeworth to be confirmed, and MMZero to be announced. I’d cry tears of joy. Oh, Megaman.exe would be awesome too, since he hasn’t been used yet.
